If you're looking for a discount or a shortcut, this is not the right fit.

Elite 1:1 In-Person: Direct in-person coaching in Miami, 1–3x/week. High-Touch Online: Weekly check-ins, custom programming, priority access. Core Performance Online: Structured programming, bi-weekly check-ins, more autonomy. Group Performance Club: Small-group, 2 sessions/week, minimum 4 members. All tiers require a 3-month minimum commitment. Investment details are shared during your consultation call.

Most clients see noticeable strength and body composition changes within 4–6 weeks. The real transformation happens over 12+ weeks when the system becomes a sustainable lifestyle.

Yes. Many clients start at Core Performance Online and upgrade to High-Touch or Elite 1:1 as they progress. Each tier upgrade is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure the commitment level matches.

The system scales to your level. If you're newer to structured training, Core Performance Online gives you a full system with coaching oversight while you build your foundation. The standard doesn't change — your starting point does.
